Reduce the price to a more manageable $20 -$30 and make it portable so that I can carry my database around with me or include a cloud based database that's accessible via smart phones

The ability to access a cloud based database would enable me to check whether I already had a movie while out shopping using my android phone to access the datbase. I've purchased many duplicates over the last several years and it's annoying having to return them. This addition would enable me to check before purchasing any DVD's
